Under no circumstances can the company be held responsible for any damage or any other negative consequence that may arise from accessing this website or/and using the information and services provided therein. The Company makes every possible effort for the information, characteristics, and prices - where available - of the products, as well as the information and generally the content available through the website, to be governed by clarity, accuracy, and completeness. However, the Company does not accept responsibility towards website visitors for material defects or omissions that cannot be predicted or have arisen inadvertently. There is no guarantee from the Company that any other linked website or the servers through which it is made available are provided to you without viruses or other harmful components. Therefore, no claim of a financial or other nature can be raised for damages arising from the above reasons, while the cost lies solely with the visitor/user.

The customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information, and data of the online store in accordance with the law and based on the rules of good faith and commercial ethics.

Sending, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any material containing software viruses or any other codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, cause damage, destroy, or equip any software or computer hardware.

Intentional or unintentional violation of the applicable legislation or provisions. Harassment of third parties in any way.

The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT. These prices apply to the quantities available in our warehouse, and the company reserves the right to adjust the prices.

The "Terms and Conditions of Purchases" together with the "Terms of Use" apply to every sale of products or services made by the company under the name SOTIRIADIS MICHAIL.

Purchase: Customers can pay either by cash on delivery or by depositing to the company's bank account. Invoices are delivered together with the products.

By depositing to the company's bank account, which can be done at the following banks: 

Order Completion: Upon submitting your order, you will be informed of its correct completion, and a confirmation email of your order will be sent to you.

Delivery Days & Procedure: Delivery days are from Monday to Friday. The products are shipped by a cooperating transport company. The cost information is provided during the ordering process.

Alternatively, you can pick up your order from the company's headquarters without any shipping costs.

 

Cancellation of an order is possible only when the products have not been delivered or are not in the process of being shipped.

Return period is 14 days from the purchase date.

You have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case you want to return a product (withdrawal), you are only charged with the return cost. To avoid inconvenience, please check the condition of the products upon receipt of your order to detect any visible defects (e.g., broken product, wrong product, etc.).

Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, without their packaging having been opened or tampered with, along with the sales receipt or invoice. Your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.

The terms and conditions of use of this website, as well as any modifications or changes to them, are governed by national and European law. Any provisions of the terms of use that conflict with the above legal framework automatically cease to be valid and are removed from the website without affecting the validity of the remaining terms of use. For any dispute arising from or related to this sale, the courts of Thessaloniki are competent.
